Enum ResultSetMetaDataPolicy
- All Implemented Interfaces:
Serializable
,Comparable<ResultSetMetaDataPolicy>
,java.lang.constant.Constable
public enum ResultSetMetaDataPolicy extends Enum<ResultSetMetaDataPolicy>
Defines the policy for
ResultSetMetaData
access:
- on:
ResulSetMetaData
will be always accessible, because downloaded along with ResultSet for eachSELECT
. This will allow to useResultSet#getMetaData()
calls, butSELECT
calls will be a bit slower. - off:
ResulSetMetaData
will always be null because not downloaded along withResultSet
for eachSELECT
call. Thus,SELECT
calls will be faster.
Set the ResulSetMetaData Driver property to "on" or "off" to choose your
preferred behavior. Default value for a new AceQLConnection
is
ResultSetMetaDataPolicy.on
.
